Chrissy King: President of the Midwest Investment Club. I have been involved in Real Estate the past 7 years. With a Degree in sales and marketing it has helped me to be more creative in my business. I was excited to take over the presidency in the end of 2009 and build the club to 112 members and make it a desirable place to come once a month and network. My goals for the group is to help build relationships between club members. I also plan to have informative speakers at each meeting to expand our knowledge and build our portfolios.
Roger Nielsen:Owns and manages a commercial lending operation by day, which specializes in cash flow consulting, transactional funding, rehab and other hard money loans, business note discounting, and receivable factoring. In the evening and on the weekends Roger masquerades as a passive income specialist secretly engaged in a variety of other non-traditional investment vehicles including oil & gas drilling, energy distribution, tax liens and high cash flow public and private securities that offer large regular dividends. He speaks nationally on the topic of achieving Lifetime Finanacial Freedom while being young enough to enjoy it. Topics focus on various wealth building strategies that make use of only personal assets and funds from self-directed tax free or tax deferred retirement accounts.
Greg Rice: He is the Executive Management's CEO. Greg directs development, acquisitions, partnerships management, and financing or restructuring of debt. He is also the managing partner to the following companies: Woodland plastics, Event Evolution, Castle Rock Lake LLC, RB Publishing, The Bridges Golf Course. These companies' financial records are managed through EMI office. A thirty year veteran of real estate of EMI, Greg's business and Real Estate experience continues the tradition of excellence established by EMI Founder. Greg is Also the developer of the New "Lucky" developement downtown where the University square used to be.
Lynn Fiore:She is a local business owner and real estate investor. Lynn specializes in creative financing techniques and holds a master certification in Real Estate Investment. As principal owner-manager in a variety of Real Estate investments, her experience includes land contracts, lease options, wholesaling, rehabbing, forclosures and property management. She has been successfully investing in Real Estate since 1993.
Dave Leeder:He has been in the mortgage business for 20 years. He specializes in 1st time buyers and financing income properties. Dave has always prided himself in getting tough deals done. He started investing in real estate 10 years ago when he bought a single family home. Since then he has flipped 6 single family homes and currently have 9 rental units that i own and rent and have a 50% partnership in a 16 unit apartment building. Dave is also a partner with Waterstone Mortgage Corporation in Madison.
John Schneider:He owns and manages Dane County's premier real estate investment and remodeling firm, Property Revival LLC. John has been in real estate his entire professional career and has extensive knowledge from financing to construction. His experience at evaluating investment opportunites from beginning to end as well as understanding the process required execute the plan is a great asset to our club.
Joe Klein:He has an active law practice with emphasis on Real Estate Law. Joe has been a licensed real estate broker since 1987. Joe currently runs the Klein Law office and is a certified Instructor for Real Estate continuing education classes.
Ginger Hauser:She has been an investor for 7 years. A real estate broker for 6 years. Ginger started investing in Real estate in 2003 owner occupying a duplex, bought a 4 unit 6 months later and then another duplex 5 months after that. 1.2 in real estate in less than a year with no money out of pocket. In 2004 she started condo conversions with four unit. She did condo conversions till 2007 when the secondary market fell apart. Now she purchases fix and flips and still working on those currently. Over the past 7 years she has personally done over 9 million in purchases and sales. She still owns 1 duplex and have 20 year of landlord experience. As a broker she mainly helps out home owners in forclosure with short sales.
Nedra Bobo:After spending 17 years as a food Scientist superivisor, Nedra decided to persue her dream as a entrepreneur in Real Estate. As a full-time investor and educator in Real Estate, she enjoys buying properties and sharing her knowledge with her students wheres she teaches Real Estate investment and Property management courses at the local technical college. Many of her students have become successful investors, Realtors and Property Managers. Although we have been in a recession, Nedra (along with a former business partner) has made in excess of 6 figures in the last 12 months purchasing and flipping short sales. It brings her even greater joy to impact knowledge to her children who will all purchase their first real estate investment property by the age of eighteen.
Jack Hindert:He comes to our board based initially on a vendor relationship with The Home Depot and a contract with the National Real Estate Investment Association. Having worked for Home Depot for 15 years, he is currently a District Pro Sales Manager with Home Depot. He also has experience on property flipping with projects in the Rockford, IL area. He offers advice on material procurement, as well as incentive programs for all current members of the Midwest Investment Club.
Steve Aldridge:Steve has been buying and holding residential properties since 1993. It started out as a side business above and beyond his full-time job with the goal of building equity, creating cash flow, and eventually eliminating the need for his full-time job. Most of the properties purchased used financing techniques such as the seller 2nd mortgages, seller 1st mortgages, private lender financing, and land contracts. Steve quit his full-time job in 2004 to become a full-time investor. He currently owns and manages 26 residential properties(69 units) and a 24 unit mini-storage building. These properties are in Portage, Pardeeville, Poynette and Deforest. He has a full-time employee and several part-time employees to help with management and maintenance responsibilities.
Adam Perkins: Adam is an entrepreneur at heart owning a number of successful businesses including a photography company and accounting firm. His professional and entrepreneurial background in project management, marketing and designing and implementing highly effective business system are paramount to the ongoing operations of The Madisonian Investment Group. This Group specializes in connecting real estate investors with profitable investment opportunites. Projects range from single family rehab, multi-family properties, trailer parks, and 50+ unit apartment buildings.
