Our Mission
MIC is a member driven Investment Club that strives to help each member hone and continuously re-hone his/her investment skills at any level from a seasoned pro to a a beginner. MIC membership provides the perfect networking enviroment offering opportunities for you to meet other real estate investors and non-real estate investors from the madison area. You can share your experience and learn from others. The Club provides a time to share have/wants at each meeting. Also, at each meeting you may run inot professionals/investors from all walks who are looking to invest dollars or are looking for investment dollars. We can achieve financial independence when we come together in a mutually supportive association.
MIC meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm at the Coliseum Bar 232 Olin Ave. Madison, WI 53711. Prior to each meeting we do a DINNER BUZZ from 5-6:15 topics will tie in to the speaker of that meeting. The Main Meeting will feature a speaker and a topic relevant to real estate investors. We send emails prior to meeting so if you are on our mailing list you'll know when the meeting are held. You can also check the club website for the club calendar.
Membership dues are $75 per years based on the day you sign up. Non-members may attend meeting for $10. Any students taking real estate college courses may attend a meeting for free.
